Ordering Online
We reserve the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason, including if the requested Product is not available, if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site or an error in your Order.
If we reject an Order placed through our website, we shall endeavour to notify you of that rejection within a reasonable time (within 24 hours depending on the day and time of the order submission).
Cut off time & delivery
Order submits before 5pm and the order should be ready for instore (Bayswater) pickup the next trading day.
Prices/Amount charged
Most of our products are variable weight products and are priced by $/kg, we shall refund the amount in dollar for the difference between the weight paid and the weight received to the same credit card used for purchasing the products.
Returns Policy
Please carefully check your order once received from our delivery team as Direcfresh is unable to offer returns due to health and safety reasons, unless the quality of product was assessed by our quality team for acceptability; prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.
